“This program was a great learning experience for me.  I was able to learn the difference between anger and rage and which one I have.  I was able to identify the root causes and triggers of my anger and rage and how to use coping skills and grounding skills to stop the anger from turning into episodes of rage.  Also, talking about my personal problems gave me some insight into how I feel about myself and the people around me, and have learned to turn the negatives into positives.  Going forward, I feel I’m better able to cope with my anger and the negatives in my life, and prevent these things from turning into episodes of rage that can be disastrous to my life and my loved ones.  I would recommend this program to anyone who is struggling with controlling their anger.”
